Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Toolbeam (toolbeam.app) is operated by CIRCLEGROUPTECH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13671203 ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.

2. The service

Toolbeam provides web tools and APIs including QR code generation, HTML to PDF conversion, and image background removal. Features, limits, and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe a key has leaked; you can revoke and regenerate keys yourself at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toolbeam to:

• process content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful
• create QR codes that lead to malware, phishing, or deceptive destinations
• render pages you are not authorised to access, or probe private networks
• circumvent plan limits, share one key across unrelated products, or resell the raw API as your own competing service
• overload the platform, including automated traffic beyond your plan limits

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules. Where practical we will contact you first, but we may act immediately for security, legal, or abuse reasons.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and data you submit. We process them only to deliver the requested result. Generated output files are deleted from our storage within 24 hours. We do not use your content to train models.

6. Plans, billing, refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Quotas reset monthly and unused quota does not carry over. If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a plan you paid for, contact us and we will refund that period.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service, and free plans carry no availability commitment. Maintenance, upstream outages, and abuse mitigation can interrupt access.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
